A well-balanced diet can help to provide the necessary vitamins, minerals and nutrients to keep mind and body strong.
We all know the fundamental rules of eating well if we think about it: lots of lean meat, eggs, vegetables, fruit, whole grains and dairy. Less sugar, saturated fat and sodium (that’s salt to you and me).
So let’s be sensible here – no one’s asking you to fast or adopt the latest fail safe miracle diet. Just to be mindful of what you put in your mouth. Less processed food. More organic food if possible and lots of vitality-giving water. It’s about moderation not excess – then you too can reap the rewards of eating well.
Have more energy. Be more productive. Enhance your moods. And regulate your weight for a healthier, longer life.
